Julian Edelman is used to catching footballs from Tom Brady at Gillette Stadium. But on Wednesday, Edelman took some practice reps in a different sport, in a different venue.
The Patriots receiver took batting practice at Fenway Park and had no shortage of power, hitting the baseball over the Monster seats.

“It’s all fun,” Edelman said. “I played baseball growing up. You get to come out to a big league park and see these guys, it puts you in perspective how good these guys are. These guys are studs.”
Per Peter Abraham of The Boston Globe, Edelman was also spotted taking some fielding drills.
Edelman stuck around for the Sox’ 11-7 victory over the Giants later that night.
